Insurance & Signature Requirements: All shipments include a standard insurance coverage of $100. Any additional insurance requested by the Buyer will be at the Buyer’s sole expense. Please note that Signature Confirmation is optional but highly recommended for all orders with a value exceeding $300; the cost for this service will be added to the Buyer’s shipping total at checkout.

Transfer of Risk: Champagne Playgirls Studio (the "Seller") is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Upon delivery to the carrier, all risk of loss and title for such items passes to the Buyer.

Claims: The Seller is not liable for "porch piracy" or theft occurring after a confirmed delivery. Any claims for transit-related loss or damage must be initiated and filed by the Buyer directly with the shipping carrier.
